Swim leg: Last August 2015 was the hardest of the 4, 70.3 Cobra IRONMAN held in Cebu! Now you can Get stronger with METAFIT outside the water workouts!

Bike Leg: 90km bike sounds Easy but once you are out there alone pedaling then you are in trouble! Crosswind, Headwind and when your leg muscles starts to fail, you have to climb the Marcelo Mactan Bridge! 
Pedal faster in every stroke. Develop all the necessary muscles to help you conquer the 90km bike! 


Run Leg: Off the Bike to the run looks easy but when your muscle are not prepared then you might have to sit out or walk before you can start to RUN! respect the distance 21km run after 1.9km swim and 90km bike is not JOKE! Teach your muscle to fail!  



The Best part of the RACE is STEPPING on the FINISH Line with Both Hands Up! With in CUT OFF TIME 41 minutes to spare, NO DNF. NO Problem!

To continue with my advocacy to make this country a healthier place to live in, I personally made a challenge to finally run the dreaded 42km full marathon. and want to share this dream to others who have not yet check this bucket list. Join me as embarked on this journey walk, jog and run. to Conquer the MARATHON in 2016. 

Train with me for 4 months join our METAFIT Boot Camp Starting this September at Parkmall and Persimmon and get Tips on running,strength and conditioning program. From me and the rest of the METAFIT Coaches Coach Carlo, Coach Dandy, Coach Belle and Coach Eric. 

Remember our goal is 4 months! our motto has always been to COMPLETE and not COMPETE!  Train Smart and Train Hard, Know your pain and Know your GAINS! 

we want everybody to finish with a smile!

Groupo 42:  to those who wants to conquer their first Marathon

Groupo 21: to those who wants to test their endurance in his/her first half marathon.
